What should I do if I decide to return an item purchased?

We invite you to access your Reserved Area by authenticating you with login and password, here you will have to indicate the item(s) of the return and the motivation of the same.

You will then need to contact the UPS courier to whom you will provide the data contained in the label that you find within the package you received.
Remember that it is mandatory that the articles are in possession of both original labels, on the contrary the return will not be accepted.

What do I do to receive the refund in case of return?

As soon as we receive the package containing the product(s) we will be prepared to proceed to the refund at a time limit of 30 days from the date of receipt of the package itself.
The refund will be made using the same payment tool you use at the time of your order.

Why was my credit card rejected?

Are you sure to use your credit card on the website?

Yes, the data is transmitted encrypted with an SSL protocol. Visa and Mastercard payments will only accept Ces Secure Electronic Trade transactions. After verifying that the credit card is accepted by the ESC system, the system connects with the emission bank so that the buyer can make the purchase. Once the bank has confirmed the authenticity of the card, it is charged. Otherwise the order is canceled.
