Where do the products come from? Are they authentic?
Yes. Threedifferent is the online store of Gema S.r.l., which has been buying stock from current and past collections from the best Italian and European boutiques for over twenty years, and runs five physical stores under the Palma name. Every item passes through our warehouse, is checked by hand and closed with a seal before it ships. If you think you may return it, do not remove the seal.
Will I receive the same product I see in the photo?
Yes, except for handcrafted products, where the finish may be slightly different.
Which payment methods can I use?
Orders are currently paid with PayPal: you can use your PayPal balance or a card linked to your PayPal account.
Is it safe to pay on this website?
Yes. The whole site runs on HTTPS and payment is completed on PayPal's secure pages: your card details never pass through our systems and are not stored by us.
How do I know my order went through?
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. If it does not arrive, write to our customer service at info@threedifferent.com.
How long before my order ships?
Orders leave within 1 to 2 working days of confirmation. On the shipping day, or the day after at the latest, you receive your UPS tracking number by email.
How much is shipping and how long does delivery take?
Shipping is free on orders above 260 euro. Below that, these are the costs and the indicative delivery times, counted from the moment the parcel leaves us:
- Italy: 10 euro, 1-2 working days
- Europe: 20 euro, 2-4 working days
- United Kingdom: 30 euro, 2-4 working days
- United States: 30 euro, 3-5 working days
- South Korea, Hong Kong and the rest of Asia: 40 euro, 3-6 working days
- Rest of the world: 50 euro, 4-8 working days
Taxes and customs duties are always paid by Threedifferent. Delivery times are indicative and depend on the courier and the destination.
Can I return an item? How long do I have?
You have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal and return one or more items from your order, or to ask for a different size or colour. Items must come back intact, unused, in their original packaging, with both original tags and the seal still attached.
How do I open a return and what does it cost?
Write to info@threedifferent.com with your order number and the items you want to return. The UPS return label is already inside the parcel you received: stick it on the box and book the collection at www.ups.com or by calling +39 02 30303039. A size or colour exchange carries no extra cost. In case of a refund, the original shipping costs and any customs duties are deducted from the refunded amount.
Where do I send the return?
Threedifferent, Gema S.r.l., Strada Statale Goitese 39, 46045 Marmirolo (MN), Italy. You must use the UPS label you find in the parcel: returns sent with other couriers are not accepted.
When do I get my refund?
The refund is issued within ten days of the return reaching our warehouse, using the same payment method you used for the order.
What if I receive a faulty item?
Threedifferent only sells items in perfect condition. If in an exceptional case you receive a faulty item, write to our customer service at info@threedifferent.com.
What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive an item you did not order, write to our customer service at info@threedifferent.com.
How do I log in to my account?
No password is needed. Click Log in, enter your email address and you will receive a one-time code to type in. Inside your account you will find your order history and your shipment tracking.
Which languages is the site available in?
Threedifferent.com can be browsed in Italian and English.
Can I receive news and offers by email?
Yes. Sign up for the newsletter and you will receive the latest news and promotions from Threedifferent.com.
