How can I recover my forgotten password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it using the password recovery function.
How can I be sure I made the purchase correctly?
Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive it, please contact our customer service team at care@threedifferent.com.
What should I do if I receive a defective item?
Threedifferent.com only sells items in perfect condition, so if you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service at care@threedifferent.com.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
If you mistakenly receive an item you didn't request, please contact our customer service team at care@threedifferent.com.
What should I do if I decide to return a purchased item?
Please log in to your Reserved Area using your username and password. Here, you will need to indicate the item(s) you are returning and the reason for the return.
You will then need to contact the UPS courier and provide them with the information contained on the label found inside the package you received.
Please remember that items must have both original labels, otherwise returns will not be accepted.
What do I need to do to receive a refund in case of return?
As soon as we receive the package containing the returned product(s), we will proceed with the refund within 30 days from the date of receipt of the package.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used when placing the order.
What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?
We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, and PayPal.
Why was my credit card declined?
Your credit card may be declined for one of the following reasons:
- The card may be expired. Please check that the expiration date on your credit card is valid.
- Your card's spending limit may have been reached. Check with your bank to ensure you haven't exceeded your purchase limit.
- The information you entered may be incorrect. Please verify that all required fields are correct.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
Yes, data is transmitted encrypted using SSL protocol. For Visa and Mastercard payments, only CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be accepted. After verifying that the credit card is accepted by the CES system, the system contacts the issuing bank to allow the buyer to complete the purchase. Once the bank confirms the authenticity of the card, the charge is made. Otherwise, the order is canceled.
