SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Threedifferent ships to all countries via UPS courier (tel +39 02 30 30 30 39) and SDA (Russia only) on business days.
The parcel tracking number will be notified by e-mail on the day of shipment or at the latest the following day and can be checked on the courier's website.
Taxes and customs duties are always covered by Threedifferent.
Shipping methods and related costs are as follows. Shipping is free for orders over € 300.00.

IN-STORE PICKUP
Customers who choose to pick up their order at one of our locations must follow these simple rules:
- Wait to receive the notification (by email) from our customer support that your order is ready at the location you selected for pickup;
- The order will remain available for pickup for 10 consecutive days; from the eleventh day onwards we cannot guarantee the availability of the ordered goods. In any case, the customer will be fully refunded for the amount of their purchase;
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
The Customer has 14 days from the delivery date to exercise their right of withdrawal, returning one or more items from the order or requesting a replacement by size or colour.
Threedifferent only accepts returns made via UPS courier: a return adhesive label is always included inside the outbound parcel, which the Customer must use by sticking it on the return parcel.
The Customer can then contact UPS via the website www.ups.com or by calling 02-30303039 to schedule a pickup.
HOW TO OPEN A RETURN REQUEST
Completing the Return Authorisation form is absolutely required in order to receive the refund within the correct timeframe.
Log in to Threedifferent.com
Access your personal account area (by clicking on your name at the top right of the homepage)
Go to your Order History
Select the Order from which you wish to make a return and click on the Order Details section
In the Product Return section, select the item you wish to return, provide a reason for the return if possible and, in case of an exchange request, specify the size or colour (where available).
Please wait for confirmation by email from Threedifferent before scheduling the pickup with UPS courier.
Once the returned Products have been received, their condition will be verified and the refund will be processed – in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The refund will be issued within ten days of the return arriving at Threedifferent's warehouse.
The Customer may exchange Products at no additional cost, within the deadline set for exercising the right of withdrawal. Free exchange is only permitted for a different size or colour of the same item, where available, and only once per order.
In the case of multiple returns (from different Orders), the Customer is required to return items separated by order, in the respective original packaging, using the appropriate return labels provided by Gema with the outbound shipment inside the parcel.
